Ship Times & Standard Procedure

We are proud to offer Free Shipping across the USA. Our standard delivery time is estimated between 8 to 12 days depending on your location and the specific model ordered.

Our saunas ship either via LTL (less-than-truckload) carriers with curbside delivery or by dedicated flatbed rigs. In both cases, you will receive a notification when your sauna ships, as well as a call from the carrier to make arrangements for the delivery.
